BEST-OF OPTION

 

  • A best-of option pays out on the best performing of a number of underlying assets over an agreed period of time.
    For instance, if a basket contains stock A, stock B and stock C and stock B gains in value by the larger amount during the products term, then the payout would be based on the increase in value of Stock B.
